Pulled Pork for a Crowd

  • Serves 20+
  • Bone-in pork shoulder (pork butt) is prepared with our signature brown-sugar based rub and injected with all-natural apple juice
  • We arrive at your location with the smoker and set-up for the night, our smoke start time will be based on humidity, temperature and weather conditions (rain, sleet or snow) as this effects the cook time 
  • The meat is smoked with apple wood for 14+ hours, taken fresh off the smoker & shredded/pulled after a brief resting period
  • Your guests are encouraged to ask us about the process, take photos, and share their love of BBQ
  • Meat and sides are served hot for your guests on-site at your location at the predesignated time
  • Includes meat, choice of 3 side-dishes, all serving trays, plates, utensils, napkins, BBQ sauces and potato rolls
  • We do not put sauce on the meat, it will be flavorful as is, but we do provide a variety of sauces for your guests to use
  • Starts at $599, with price increases based on the number of guests being served (discount is available for delivery-only service)

Beef Brisket for a Crowd

  • Serves 20+
  • USDA Prime beef brisket is prepared with our signature dalmatian rub and injected with all-natural beef broth
  • We arrive at your location with the smoker and set-up for the night, our smoke start time will be based on humidity, temperature and weather conditions (rain, sleet or snow) as this effects the cook time 
  • The meat is smoked with hickory or oak wood for 14+ hours, taken fresh off the smoker & sliced after a brief resting period
  • Your guests are encouraged to ask us about the process, take photos, and share their love of BBQ
  • Meat and sides are served hot for your guests on-site at your location at the predesignated time
  • Includes meat, choice of 3 side-dishes, all serving trays, plates, utensils, napkins, BBQ sauces and potato rolls
  • We do not put sauce on the meat, it will be flavorful as is, but we do provide a variety of sauces for your guests to use
